Natural Variations (Important Note)
Please note that natural crystals, gemstones, and woods often feature internal fractures, inclusions, color variations, or slight surface imperfections. These are natural characteristics of the earth, not damages or defects, and are not eligible for a quality-based refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping fee.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
